  • The dog’s walk has changed to waddling, slinking or toes pointing out

Orthopedic Foundation for Animals recommends an x-ray of the pelvis would be required for an accurate diagnosis of the disease.  It is recommended that the dog is sedated so that an accurate image of the joint can be made (especially in mid cases).
